Ashtons Legal asbestos team has recently been strengthened by the recruitment of APIL Asbestos and Occupational Disease Solicitor, Martyn Hayward who joined from a national firm.
Richard Foyster heads Personal Injury and is recognised by the Legal 500 for his expertise in running high value multitrack claims. He provides support to the asbestos team.
Ashtons has been further bolstered by recruiting two Client Liaison Managers who provide nursing support from a clinical perspective - a great benefit to clients suffering with mesothelioma and other asbestos related diseases.
Martyn joins Phoebe Osborne, who is Chair of the Anglia Asbestos Disease Support Group - a well-attended monthly support group in Norfolk and Suffolk who are fundraising for the provision of a Mesothelioma UK nurse in their region.
The Ashtons Legal team advise clients on a “no win no fee basis” and work closely with local charities and healthcare professionals to support their clients and their families, going above and beyond simply recovering financial compensation.
The team also offer home visits to all their clients and are inclusive in supporting patients from other firms who attend the successful patient support group, which was set up in 2016 by Mesothelioma UK Ambassador, Brian Wallis.
